What to include

• The page you were on, and what you expected to happen.
• The browser and the device, if the test did not fill the screen.
• Do not send passwords, payment cards or identity documents. There is no account here that would need them.

This is a small static site. A reply may be slow, and there is no support desk that can book a warranty claim or inspect a panel remotely. For a faulty purchase in the UK, Citizens Advice is the practical starting point, and the retailer is who you contact about the goods.
